BULLS GET PULVERIZED BY THE MUSTANGS....

Suffer worst loss in Bulls History....

Bulls 0, Mustangs 36
Bulls had no offense, little defense and a complete special teams breakdown. It was an overall fiasco for the Bulls and a scoring frenzy for the Mustangs. The only good thing that can be taken from this game is that it is not a conference game and the Bulls are still in first place in the South Atlantic Conference with 2-0, and 2-3 overall. The Bulls have alot of work to do before this upcoming game against there inner-city rivals the Augusta Razorbacks or another loss will be tacked on the losing column. Can the Bulls bounce back after showing little heart?

ASHEVILLE GRIZZLIES GET THE WIN....

Bulls 24, Grizzlies 34....

See Saw scoring battle between both teams. Grizzlies were able to pull away at the end. Very entertaining. Grizzlies and Bulls both move to 1-1 for the season. Bulls are still 1-0 in the conference. Stats for the Bulls will be posted soon. Dontae Davis one of the Bulls RB's broke a Bulls record set previously by him in 2005 of 57 yards by taking it to the house for a 71 yard TD run, what made this so special was that Dontae lost his shoe about 15 yards into the run with a defender on his hills he was still able to out run the defenders.

MINOR LEAGUE FOOTBALL NEWS

BULLS OPEN UP ROSTER TO TAKE IN MORE PLAYERS....

IF YOU HAVE THE WILL TO PLAY CALL COACH GOODE, 706-829-8054...
Anyone can have the heart and the will of a champion, but to play on this team you must have the heart of a BULL, anything else will not be excepted!! We also know who has been coming to practice and who has not. Just because the roster has not been updated on the site, please don't think that coach is not taking roster and forwarding me this. It is obvious that some of you do not have the heart of the BULL nor the respect of your players. YOUR TEAMMATES ALSO KNOW WHO YOU ARE!! So please don't get upset if you don't get to play, it's just business, nah just kidding it's personal, your team deserves better efforts from some of you. To those that are always there, THANKS and be ready for some IRON-MAN! After we take in more players, the best players will be on the field, that means on the practice field as well...

Getting Ready for 2008

June 28, 2008 - 07:00 PM -- As the NAFL season is fast approaching the Bulls are getting geared up and have scheduled there only pre-season game for 2008 against the Lamar County Bandits out of Vernon Alabama. The game will be played in Warrenton, GA. The Bulls organization are in talks with Warrenton to use the new facility just built for the High School. This season the Bulls will only have one pre-season game due to the length of schedule play in 2007. "My guys need rest" states Owner Jimmy Cronan we had a long 2007 season which did not end until Jan-2008 so we just need to rest and recooperate. The Bulls which are 25-5 in the last two seasons are beginning there run for 2008 which starts in Lincolnton,GA February 9th at there first tryout. With alot of players leaving for the Arena leagues the Bulls are in search for fresh talent. Jimmy stated the response of us venturing out has been great, nothing but positve responses from Lincolnton. With QB Jamie Williamson going to Canton Ohio to QB for the Legends it will be up to Telley Cheeley(R) QB/WR to lead this team in 2008. Although we know that playmakers Derrick Williams, Ralph Scott Jr. and the leadership of our veterans such as Jonathan Mathis DB will always help guide the younger talent, we just need to focus on rebuilding. Just this past week it was released that QB Jamie Williamson not only signed with the Canton Legends but a complete packet was requested by the CFL's Toronto Argonauts for Jamie. We work hard but I can't take all the credit my wife and my coaches are my backbone, without them I would fall through the cracks. They keep me calm.....

....continued

....It was very hard for the Bulls in 2007 when the Bulls were so called ripped off and all monies were stolen. Owner Jimmy Cronan states that was one of the most difficult times for me as an owner, "you just get a lump in your throat", especially when you have to tell your guys that something like that happened. The Bulls pulled together and pull together they did, the Bulls made it to the Elite 8 of the NAFL's championship series out of 120 teams, but fell to Asheville. Mr. Cronan stated that this year everything is set, the bells are ringing and we are back with anger, not only as a team, but as an owner it is my part to keep everything in order on the other side of the ball, and last year I kind of wobbled. "That will not happen again" stated Cronan. The Bulls organization is very strong going into 2008 from top to bottom. While the players are not paid athletes and range from 17 year olds to 40 year olds the younger players know what is at stake. A chance for them to go to college or the next level, and the Bulls program is continuing to prove that just because the guys aren't paid doesn't mean they don't have talent. Mr. Cronan was asked to sum up his entire program with just a few words to describe it. He stated "we have a few slogans that we use" but the one I like for this year is, "we get the undiscovered, discovered" I mean that just fits. To visit the Bulls www.georgiaraginbulls.com and later in the month www.georgiaraginbulls.net will be released. There season will kickoff July 2008. Go Bulls!!

YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN!!!!!!!

THEGone But Not Forgotten GEORGIA RAGIN BULLS WOULD LIKE TO THANK THOSE THAT PUT THEIR LIVES ON THE LINE EVERDAY SO THAT WE MAY LIVE OUR LIVES NORMALLY.
